Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@niaratribe.com with your order number and a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the damage. Our team will review the claim and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

The unboxing video helps us verify that the item was damaged during transit or before delivery. The video must start before opening the sealed package and show the entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits.

Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 48 business hours. Domestic deliveries typically take 3โ7 business days after dispatch, while international deliveries generally take 7โ21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders within India, subject to serviceability and order value limits. COD is not available for international orders.

Since each Niara Tribe piece is handcrafted, slight variations in color, finish, texture, or detailing may occur. These natural variations make every piece unique and are not considered defects.

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay using encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant systems. Niara Tribe does not store your complete card details, UPI PIN, CVV, or banking credentials.
