- Identity & Contact Data: such as your name, billing and shipping address, email address and phone number.
- Order Data: order history, items purchased, and communications with our support team.
- Payment Data: processed securely by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your full card, UPI or bank details on our servers — see the Payment Gateway Policy below.
- Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and referring URLs, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookies Policy).
- Marketing & Communication Data: preferences you share, newsletter subscription status, and reviews or content you submit.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your personal data for the following purposes, on the basis of your consent and/or to perform our contract with you:
- To process, fulfil and deliver your orders, including sharing necessary details with our logistics partner (Shiprocket) and payment gateway (Razorpay).

- Shiprocket: our logistics and shipping aggregator, to deliver your orders and provide tracking.
- Razorpay: our payment gateway, to process payments securely.

- Legal Authorities: where required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, tax or reporting requirements. When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures — including SSL/TLS encryption, access controls and secure third-party processors — to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. 8. Children’s Privacy
Our Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Under the DPDP Act, processing the data of a child requires verifiable parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without such consent.
