Welcome to Niara Tribe. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of niaratribe.com and any purchase you make from us. By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

“We”, “us”, “our” and “Niara Tribe” refer to Niharika Verma, sole proprietor, trading as Innowiz Solutions (operating the brand “Niara Tribe”), GSTIN 07AEQPV2137K1ZX, having its registered place of business at 14/95, 1st Floor, Geeta Colony, East Delhi, Delhi – 110031. “You” and “your” refer to the user or customer. “Site” refers to niaratribe.com and its sub-domains.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Products & Pricing

As our jewellery is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, finish, weight and stones are natural and are not defects.
All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We make every effort to display products and colours accurately, but actual appearance may vary depending on your screen.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By placing an order you agree to the Payment Gateway Policy set out in this document. We do not store your complete payment credentials.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped through Shiprocket and its courier partners in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy set out in this document. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Returns & Refunds

Every Niara Tribe piece is handcrafted and individually curated, which is why we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or personal preference.
Returns are accepted only where the product reaches you in a damaged or defective condition.
A claim for a damaged or defective item must be supported by a clear, continuous unboxing video (see our Return & Refund Policy). Claims without such a video cannot be entertained.
Customised and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable in all cases except manufacturing defects evidenced as above.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Niara Tribe name, logo, product names, designs, images, text and graphics — is the property of Niara Tribe or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our prior written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to submit false information or infringing content. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niara Tribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
