Return & Refund Policy

Every Niara Tribe piece is handcrafted and individually curated. Each design takes time and care to create, which is why this policy is built around protecting that craftsmanship while ensuring you receive your order in perfect condition.

1. Our Return Stance

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, colour preference, or any reason other than the product arriving in a damaged or defective condition. Customised and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable except in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product reaches you in a damaged or defective condition, we will gladly help. To raise a claim, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact us at support@niaratribe.com within 48 hours of delivery, quoting your order number.
  • You must share a clear, continuous unboxing video as proof of the damage (see Section 3).
  • The product, its packaging, tags and any accompanying items must be retained as received until the claim is resolved.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is compulsory for every damage or defect claim. The video must:

  • Begin before the sealed package is opened and show the parcel intact, including the shipping label.
  • Record the entire opening in a single, continuous take with no cuts, pauses or edits.
  • Clearly show the product and the damage or defect being claimed.

Claims submitted without a clear, unedited unboxing video that meets these conditions cannot be entertained.

4. Resolution

Once we receive your claim and verify the unboxing video, we will offer a suitable resolution — a replacement of the same piece where available, or a refund. The resolution is determined after our team has reviewed the evidence provided.

5. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it is processed through Razorpay to your original payment method and typically reflects within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank’s or provider’s processing time.
