Shipping & Delivery Policy

Niara Tribe ships orders through Shiprocket, a logistics aggregator that partners with multiple reputable couriers across India and internationally. This policy explains how your order is processed, shipped and delivered.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
  • Ready to Ship: Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 48 business hours of order confirmation.
  • Customised / Made to Order: Customised and made-to-order pieces take up to 30 working days to create before dispatch, as each piece is handcrafted to order.

Every Niara Tribe piece is handcrafted and individually curated, which takes time to do well. Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays. Once dispatched, the delivery timelines below apply.

2. Shipping Partner

All shipments are fulfilled via Shiprocket and its courier network. The courier assigned to your order is selected based on serviceability, speed and your delivery location. A tracking link is shared once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Timelines
  • Domestic (India): Approximately 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
  • International: Approximately 7–21 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

These timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, peak seasons or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and dimensions.
  • International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes or fees levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number and link via email and/or SMS. You can use it to monitor your shipment’s status through the courier or Shiprocket tracking page.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders within India, subject to pin-code serviceability and order value limits. An additional COD handling fee may apply. COD is not available on international orders.

7. Failed Delivery & RTO

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the courier may make re-attempts before returning the shipment to us (Return to Origin). In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply, and for prepaid orders a refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@niaratribe.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear, continuous unboxing video. As explained in our Return & Refund Policy, this video is mandatory for us to verify and process any damage claim.
